2006 Swim Team Information

In order to continue havng a swim team program, it is necessary to recruit all ages, but in particular Novices (ages 5-8). The first two weeks we will have additional staff to teach competitive strokes and etc. Any child will be allowed to try out for two weeks and then the coach will make the decision if they will become a member of the swim team. Special consideration will be given to beginning 5 and 6 year olds.

Swim team fees must be paid by June 24

Swim team consitsts of approximately eight weeks. Swim team pratice will be announced at the first swim team organizational meeting to be held on Saturday, May 20, 2006, at 10:00 a.m.

Evening Practices: To be held before school is out during the week. Times will be posted at the club.

Coaching Staff: Jonathan Vimr

Scheduled Practice: Check with coach about exchanging practice times. Windsor is flexible.

Juniors & Midgets	(ages 9-12)	7:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Intermediates & Seniors	(ages 13-18)	9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Novices	(ages 5-8)	10:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Swim Team Parents: Meeting to be held in the Club Room on Saturday, May 20 at 10:00 a.m.

Swim Team Pictures: Tuesday, June 20 at 8:00 a.m. from Group Pictures. PLEASE BE ON TIME! Age group and individual pictures will be taken immediately after.

Conference Meet: Saturday, July 22, 2006 at Crystal Lake Pool.
This meet is the final swim-off of all teams and the teams needs to have all members present. Please plan your vacation around this date!

Swim Team Dinner: Saturday, July 23, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. The location is Windsor Swim Club unless announced differently.
